      for example just allow youtube ..
      /ip firewall filter
      add action=drop chain=forward comment="Youtube allow" dst-address=\
      ##USER-ADDRESS src-address-list=!youtube-ips
      /ip firewall mangle
      add action=add-dst-to-address-list address-list=youtube-ips chain=prerouting \
      content=youtube.com

      thanks for your reply borther youtube to allow ho gia but baki net access band kesy ho ga user ka,,user k pas abhi google ,and all other webs open ho rahi hain.Thanks
